It’s April, and it seems like everything has come to life. The butterflies are enjoying the profusion of wildflowers, the alligators, snakes, and turtles are seeking warmth and mates, the birds are preening and singing and calling, and rainbows stretch from one side of the beach to the other. It’s a spectacular time to be on Dewees– the water temperature reached 70 degrees this week, and air temps have been in the high 70′s and 80′s, with low humidity.
