The Island offers pristine private beaches, great fishing and birding, and the chance to enjoy nature in a family friendly atmosphere.

There are 150 home sites on the island.  Each is about an acre.  Many more acres are protected so humans and wildlife can enjoy the natural environment.  There many micro ecosystems, including ocean, beach, dunes, maritime forest, and marsh.

Together these areas form a lovely island that has been lightly developed.  Enjoy the peace and tranquility.
