Yes, but how efficient it is depends on your carrier. If you have Verizon, you have some bars in most places. If you have AT&T, you won’t have service in some houses on the beach side of the island, but you will at the ferry dock and on the front beach. Almost all houses on Dewees have land lines, which work just fine for incoming calls.
